Product Features and Benefits:

SUPERIOR CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: For heating or cooling of most aqueous acid and alkaline solutions. Check solution guide or consult with your chemical supplier for proper sheath material selection.

RUGGED CONSTRUCTION:

• Fluoropolymer (PFA) coils.
• PVDF manifolds and fittings.
• Integral ¼-inch thick polypropylene perforated guard helps to protect the coil from damage.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Heavy wall, ½-inch tubing improves circulation and reduces pressure drop.   Bottom design for even heating and varying liquid levels.

LEAK FREE OPERATION: Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections greatly reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation.

PRESSURE RATING: PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy resin) tubing rated up to 25 PSI steam service. 10 PSI minimum steam pressure required for operation. Consult factory for pressure reduced applications.

NON-CONDUCTIVE: Eliminates stray currents in the tank.

SIZES: 1.5 ft2 to 7.5 ft2 of exchange area standard.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory):

• Special sizes.
• Fluoropolymer (PTFE) guards available for chromic acid and applications greater than 180°F (82°C).
• Special manifold configurations.

NOTE: Vacuum breakers recommended for fluoropolymer heat exchanger steam heating installations. Please consult factory regarding pressure reduced steam applications.
