Each system includes: single phase heater with 10' (3m) cord and plug, digital control with cord and plug, and heater mounting clip.  Single phase only.  Longer cord lengths available, consult factory.

  • Mount the control in an appropriate location and plug it in.
  • Mount the heater in the tank and plug it in.

Electric Heater Product Features and Benefits:

RUGGED CONSTRUCTION:

• 1 1/4" diameter elements
• 316 stainless steel for fresh water
• Titanium for salt water

MOISTURE RESISTANT HEAD:

• Vapor tight, flame retardant polypropylene terminal enclosure.
• 10 foot (3m) flexible cord standard up to 3,500 watts.
• Wire and conduit provided on 5,000 watt and higher heaters.
• Electrical plug for easy installation with temperature control (EasyPlug™ heater only)

SAFETY FEATURES:

• Grounded construction.
• Thermal over-temperature protector built in.  Replaceable PI fuse standard.  Protects against low water levels that cause unsafe heater operating conditions.
• Non-floating construction.

CERTIFICATIONS: cUL and CE.

SIZES: 1000-3500 watts.

VOLTAGES:

• 120 volt (1000 watt and 1800 watt only)
• 240 volt

OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory):

• Longer cord (or wire and conduit) lengths.
• Protective guards.
• Mounting clips (standard on EasyPlug™ heaters)
• Longer vertical lengths.
• Resettable thermal protectors (requires additional control components).

Digital Control Product Features and Benefits:

IMPROVES PROCESS CONTROL:  LCD display.   Provides precise temperature control for critical temperature requirements.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR:  Vinyl covered 8-foot (2.4m) sensor included standard with the control.  Provides extended service in fresh or salt water.

MOISTURE RESISTANT ENCLOSURE:  Front panel and sealed tactile switches.

CERTIFICATIONS: UL.

CAPACITIES:

• Single pole, single throw switches rated at 15-amps for 120 volt or 8-amps for 240 volt service.
• Adjustable temperature range from -30°F (-34°C) to 220°F (104°C).
• +/- one degree, single digit accuracy.
• Single phase only.
• 6-foot (1.8m) power cord and plug.
• Plug-in receptacle for the heater.
• Intended for indoor use only.
• EasyPlug™ replacement temperature controls are intended for use exclusively with EasyPlug™ heaters.

SAFETY FEATURES:

• Non-volatile memory.
• Sensor short and break protection.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory):

• Combination controls available for three phase service and larger heater loads.
• Plastic enclosures for wall mounting.
