METAL IMMERSION HEATERS
- .5 to 54 kW, 35 watts/square inch (5.4 watts/square centimeter) nominal (other sizes and watt densities available). 120, 240, 480 volts standard, 208, 380, 415 and other voltages available.
- Choice of steel, stainless steel (304 and 316) and titanium sheath materials.
- For plating tanks, rinse tanks and other aqueous solutions. Low watt density models available for phosphatizing and concentrated aqueous solutions.
- Single phase standard, three phase available as an option.
Features:
- Heavy duty, long lasting construction.
- Standard thermal protection (replaceable P1 or resettable P2).
- U.L. listed except plain steel, all CSA certified and CE compliant.
- Grounded for safety.
- Vapor tight polypropylene terminal enclosure.
- Standard 3 foot (1 meter) flexible PVC liquid tight conduit standard.
- Bottom mount designs available for even heating and varying solution levels.

FLUOROPOLYMER SHEATHED IMMERSION HEATERS
- .5 to 27 kW, 10 watts/square inch nominal (1.5 watts/square centimeter).
- 120, 240, 480 volts standard, 208, 380, 415 and other voltages available.
- Compatible with most plating tank solutions, inert to acids, anodizing and pickling solutions up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius) temperature.
- Replaces quartz, alumina or graphite heaters.
- Flat, spiral and L-shaped configurations available to meet your application.
Features:
- Low watt density for even heating and long service life.
- Non-contaminating, fluoropolymer sheathed stainless steel element.
- Thermal protection standard (replaceable P1 or resettable P2/P8).
- Grounded internal metal element for safety.
- U.L. listed, CSA certified, CE compliant.
- Lightweight, non-floating construction.
- Vapor tight polypropylene terminal enclosure.
- Standard 3 foot (1 meter) flexible PVC liquid tight conduit, other lengths available.
- Polypropylene guards standard (optional fluoropolymer guards recommended for chromic acid or solutions exceeding 180 degrees Fahrenheit/82 degrees Celsius).
- Single or three phase models available.
- Custom lengths available. Consult factory.
- Flexible leads available.
- Heavy wall fluoropolymer sheath reduces permeation and eliminates the need for gas purge systems.
QUARTZ IMMERSION HEATERS
- .5 to 30 kW, 26 watts/square inch (4 watts/square centimeter) nominal.
- 120, 240, 480 volts standard, 208, 380, 415 and other voltages available.
- For plating tanks, pickling and other acidic aqueous solutions.
- Not for use in hydrofluoric acid or alkaline solutions.
- Single phase standard, three phase available as an option.
Features:
- Heavy duty, long lasting construction.
- Standard thermal protection (replaceable P1 or resettable P2).
- Heating element and/or quartz tube assembly replaceable.
- Grounded for safety.
- U.L. listed, CSA certified, CE compliant.
- Vapor tight polypropylene terminal enclosure.
- Standard 3 foot (1 meter) flexible PVC liquid tight conduit standard. Complete standard heater provided with polypropylene guard. Optional fluoropolymer guard available for solutions over 180 degrees Fahrenheit (82 degrees Celsius) and chromic acid.
