- Low profile shapes and configurations available to meet your application. Available for heating and cooling applications.
- Every square inch of coil surface is an active exchange area.
- For plating tanks and other aqueous solutions. Check recommendation chart or with chemical supplier for proper sheath material selections.
- Can be used with steam/water pressures up to 100 p.s.i.
Features:
- Available in 20 gauge steel, 316 stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy CÒ and zirconium. Heavier gauge tubing and pipe available.
- Available in horizontal or vertical configurations.
- Optional hangers available.
- Special length and "L" shaped configurations available for bottom exchange applications.
- 1 inch MNPT connections standard. Other sizes available and recommended for large coils. Consult factory. Inlets and outlets must be sized to adequately handle water or steam volume requirements.
- Optional fluoropolymer covering available at solution interface for corrosion protection (consult factory).
- Other riser tube lengths and configurations available.
FLUOROPOLYMER HEAT EXCHANGERS
- .50 square feet to 46.50 square feet of exchange area standard, up to 116 square feet available.
- All wetted parts fluoropolymer construction.
- For heating and cooling deionized water and most acid and alkaline aqueous solutions. Inert to acids, anodizing and pickling solutions up to temperatures listed.
- Non-conductive; eliminates stray currents in tank.
- Flat and spiral configurations available.
Features:
- In-line models available for external heating/cooling applications.
- Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections.
- Three optional inlet/outlet positions to simplify new and existing installations.
- FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) standard, maximum pressure (steam) 30 p.s.i.
- PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy Resin) available, maximum pressure (steam) 60 p.s.i.
- Compact, low profile design with integral perforated guard (1/8 inches thick fluoropolymer).
- Heavy wall 1/2 inches or 1/4 inches diameter tubing improves circulation and reduces pressure drop.
- Optional anti-floatation brackets available.
- "L" shaped configurations available for bottom exchange applications.
