Process Technology's new RTD sensors

Process Technology now manufactures a new rugged line of RTD temperature sensors for the most demanding applications. These new sensors combine an RTD in a sealed stainless steel tube with a heavy wall fluoropolymer covering to produce a thermally responsive and chemically resistive device. This rigid design comes complete with a polypropylene mounting flange and securely mounts to the lip of the tank, eliminating the need for separate thermal wells or tie down tubes within the tank.

Sensors are available in field adjustable 12", 18" and 24" versions to fit most applications. Ten feet of fluoropolymer extension wire are standard with each sensor. These sensors can be used with any of the Process Technology electronic temperature controls or devices that can accept a 1000 ohm RTD input.
